• Mark with shoe polish any damaged window.

FINAL CLEANING

• Reclean all widows, tracks and frame as needed.
• Cleand and polish and shine all bath accesories and pulmbing fixtures, countertops, and sinks
• Damp wipe and and dry cabinets and doors.
• Clean all electrical light switches and fixtures.
• Remove all labels.
• Vaccum carpeting, a/c register and Windows tracks.
• Desinfect bathrooms
• Remove all debris
• Clean all exterior trestholds
• Mop vinyl and tile floors.
• Clean all the adhesive and marking of floor

TOUCH CLEANING

When final cleaning is done, our staff give the property the last cleaning service prior to buyer walk. Finishing touches that guarantee a perfectly sanitized home.
